What this is based on
The Second Phase Allotment last rank table for 2026 Engineering, published by the Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations on 20 July 2026. A closing rank is the last rank actually allotted a seat in that category — not a cutoff the CEE sets in advance.
This is one phase of one year. Closing ranks loosen in later phases as candidates withdraw, and shift year to year with the number of candidates and seats. So treat a result as a shortlist to research, not a forecast — and enter far more options than you think you need.
