Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of KEAM Prep. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree on your behalf.

What we provide

KEAM Prep is a study planning and practice service for Kerala entrance exam preparation. It produces a personalised plan and practice sets based on your own performance.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Kerala, or any government body. Syllabus coverage is maintained in good faith against the published syllabus, but the official prospectus is always the authority.

No guarantee of results

We do not promise a rank, a score, or admission to any institution. Outcomes depend on your own work. Nothing on this site or in the application is a guarantee of exam performance.

Your account

• One account per student. Accounts are personal and must not be shared or resold.
• Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Give accurate information at signup — in particular your target exam year, which the plan depends on.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, redistribute or resell our questions, solutions or plans.
• Use automated tools to extract content from the service.
• Attempt to breach, probe or disrupt the service or other users' accounts.

All content in the service — questions, worked solutions, explanations and the planning system itself — remains our intellectual property, licensed to you for personal study only.

Subscriptions and payment

• The free tier is free indefinitely and needs no card.
• Paid plans are billed in advance, in Indian Rupees, at the price shown at checkout.
• Prices displayed on this website are current at the time of publication and may change. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

Cancellation and refunds

• You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
• If you cancel within 7 days of a first paid subscription and have used little or none of it, write to us and we will refund it in full.
• Beyond that window, part-used periods are generally not refunded. If something has gone wrong on our side, tell us — we would rather resolve it than argue about it.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

If you stop paying

Your data is not deleted. Your history and weak-area map remain, and the daily set continues at the free-tier limit until you upgrade again.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access briefly for maintenance, and will avoid doing so close to exam dates where we can.

Termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, in particular where content is being redistributed. Where we close a paid account for reasons other than a breach, we refund the unused portion.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including exam outcomes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
